Changelog

A weekly note of what changed in Könsul for people running a firm. Newest week first.

0.1.0 — Week of September 28, 2026

  • Confirm before a signed proposal becomes a draft contract, an executed contract opens onboarding, or a signed proposal raises an invoice. The client desk shows those steps, and Create project, when the engagement is ready and no project exists yet. Nothing is emailed from those confirms.
  • Email a proposal link so the client can read it and sign, drawn or typed, without a separate signing tool.
  • Record a partial payment on an invoice and see what is still outstanding.
  • Invoices support line items and currency.
  • Collapse the workspace sidebar to an icon rail. Könsul remembers your choice.
  • Buttons and focus rings use the violet brand color.
  • Contract, client portal, and analytics pages fit a narrow screen.
  • The pipeline counts open deals.
  • The assistant button sits clear of row actions.
  • Firm, account, and notification menus are easier to open.
  • Rename a delivery project, update its due date, health, and standup, and delete one you no longer need.
  • The project timeline places each task on its due date, with today marked on the chart.
  • Create a delivery project from a won deal or a finished onboarding checklist, after you confirm.
  • Paste or upload a project brief and add the proposed tasks only after you accept them.
  • Capacity stays with each consultant on the bench, including after a rename, and can link tasks that already match one person.
  • Enter an optional day or hour rate on a consultant. Capacity and reporting show an implied cost of open work when a rate is set, and show no amount when it is blank. These are planning figures your firm types in.
  • Enter an optional estimate and actual, in days, on a delivery task. The project board, capacity, and reporting show those figures when you have typed them in. A blank actual stays blank. These are planning figures your firm types in, not a timesheet.
  • Set an optional planning budget on a delivery project. Burn is recorded actual days times the assignee's rate. A task with no actual, or an assignee with no rate, is left out, and the project says so. When both a budget and a burn exist, the project and reporting flag over or under that budget. These are planning figures, not payroll or an accounting export.
  • Send a ready teaser or pitch by email when Resend is configured, or create a share link. A sample firm still says marked sent, and nothing is described as emailed unless Resend accepted it.

0.0.9 — Week of September 21, 2026

  • The assistant can read PDF and Word files in Knowledge. Older uploads can be made readable from the file.
  • Bring a firm online from your own documents. You review clients, invoices, knowledge, and proposal drafts before they are saved.
  • Invite a teammate with one secure email. They set a password from that invitation and join the firm.
  • A new firm shows a short setup list: first deal, a teammate, and a firm document.
  • See the firm’s plan and monthly usage. Plan previews stay inside the sample demo, and an unknown plan is left unlabeled.
  • Pricing lists each module on the plan that includes it, and the sample demo matches that list.
  • Sign-in and password reset show the rules and a clear result.
  • The client portal says access is by invitation.
  • The sample approval card states that it does not send a real email.
  • Turn on a scheduled collections review. Könsul still asks before a client email goes out, and a weekly digest arrives in the app.
  • Import deals from a spreadsheet, export firm data, and confirm a firm’s name before an owner can delete it.
  • Upload, download, and remove files in Knowledge, and verify your own sending domain.
  • Marketing pages are easier on a phone: larger tap targets, calmer motion when you prefer it, and Ask the Agent stays out of the way. Docs is linked from the header and footer.
  • The sidebar agent count matches the live map.
  • Performance updates.
  • Security updates.

0.0.8 — Week of September 7, 2026

  • Download a proposal as a PDF.
  • Review website analytics, including a Google Analytics and Search Console connection, traffic, keywords, and suggested next steps.
  • Add a ready-to-post image to content — upload one or generate one — and see it on the card.
  • Invite a client to a portal that shows only their work.
  • Run an SEO desk and a market-research desk by hand, and approve briefs the assistant drafts.
  • Prepare speaker briefs and Q&A, and edit the services, deliverables, and consultant catalog.
  • Turn a teaser, pitch, or event registration into pipeline work.
  • Save your own API keys. Included monthly usage stays on Könsul; extra model and image use can continue on your key.
  • Settings, reporting, help, and branding show your firm.
  • Security updates.

0.0.7 — Week of August 31, 2026

  • Run the firm loop in the workspace: pipeline, proposals, contracts, invoices, and delivery, saved with the firm.
  • Do every step yourself. The assistant can draft the same step, and it is saved only after you approve it.
  • Invite teammates into one shared firm.
  • Draft a contract from a signed proposal.
  • Keep an audit log of approved changes.
  • Chase unpaid invoices, track who has signed, and publish a weekly project update.
  • Keep a catalog of services, deliverables, and consultants, and use it when you draft proposals or content.
  • Assemble teasers and pitches from that catalog, see who is free on the bench, and run event registrations.
  • Thought leadership sits with the rest of your content.
  • Choose how the assistant sounds, and how often collection reminders go out.
  • Dashboard and reporting use the firm’s own numbers, including overdue invoices and revenue by month.
  • The workspace is easier to use on a phone.

0.0.6 — Week of August 24, 2026

  • Chat with the assistant in the workspace. Drafts appear as they are written, and you approve before a change is saved.
  • Turn individual specialists on or off.
  • The assistant can suggest a next step, and an activity feed shows what it is doing.
  • Revise content, and reply on a delivery task, with the same approval step.

0.0.5 — Week of July 13, 2026

  • Clearer workspace navigation and a tidier set of modules.

0.0.4 — Week of July 6, 2026

  • The live agent map shows a clearer activity feed.
  • Workspace screens share a more consistent look.

0.0.3 — Week of June 22, 2026

  • The Könsul mark appears across the site and the workspace.
  • A live map shows the agents at work.
  • A tabbed assistant workflow, with a place to type and cards for each step.
  • A sample demo you can click through.
  • Workspace navigation for the main modules, including a clearer pipeline.

0.0.2 — Week of May 11, 2026

  • A public site for Könsul, the agentic operating system for boutique firms.
